They want to better understand your day-to-day experiences, how you manage your health, access support, and navigate health and care services. 

 

While change can take time, your voice really does matter.

 

It’s often the combined experiences of many people that help build a clear picture of what’s working and what needs to improve.

 

Although they can’t promise immediate change, what you share will help highlight challenges and where improvements could have the greatest impact.
